Annual Business Meeting Minutes
The Garden State Division holds an Annual Business Meeting during its Spring event. The annual business meeting is open to the general membership and shall be held for the election of officers and directors and general conduct of the division’s business as defined in its Constitution and Bylaws.
Board of Directors Meeting Minutes
The Constitution of the Garden State Division requires the Board of Directors to meet at least twice each year, in addition to the Annual Business Meeting.
